Ivan loved his home in Sydney, open, airy, and perfect for outdoor living. But as summer approached, the harsh afternoon sun made his patio almost impossible to enjoy. The heat, glare, and lack of shade meant he was using the space far less than he wanted.
He didn’t want to start Googling “outdoor patio blinds near me” and sift through endless suppliers. He already knew exactly who to call.
Ivan had been a Modern customer for years. He had previously installed external roller shutters and louvre shutters, and Modern had always performed beyond expectations. So, when he decided it was time to upgrade his outdoor area, Modern was the only choice.
And just like every other time, Modern impressed him.
During his consultation, Ivan explored the full range of Outdoor Blinds, with Modern’s design consultant walking him through everything clearly. Together, they discussed:
– Motorised exterior blinds for smooth and effortless shade control
– Durable roller blinds for outside that could handle intense heat
– The best outdoor blinds for patio comfort and year-round usability
– Stylish custom outdoor sunshades designed to match his home
– And even the price of electric blinds, which turned out to be more affordable than he expected
Though there are many different blind types trending in 2025, our process ensured Ivan had the clarity and confidence to choose the right solution for his outdoor space.
Once installation day arrived, Modern’s team handled everything with precision and care. Measurements were exact, the fit was seamless, and the technicians made sure every detail aligned with the look of Ivan’s home.
The moment his new Outdoor Blinds were in place, the difference was immediate. The harsh afternoon heat was no longer a problem. The patio finally felt shaded, cool, private, and comfortable. It became a space he could use again, morning to evening.
With the upgrade complete, Ivan’s outdoor lifestyle changed instantly:
– His patio finally stayed cool during peak sun
– Privacy improved without sacrificing design
– The blinds blended naturally with his home’s style
– Electric operated blinds made everyday use simple and enjoyable
– His outdoor area became usable all day, every day
Everything simply worked, seamlessly, beautifully, reliably.
And in his words: “Do we need to say more?”
