We have had Modern Shutters on our windows for around 15 years and just recently needed to have some damaged lats replaced, we were given a quote which I found very reasonable and booked in the replacement. The service man called the day before to confirm and as promised also called on the day, 30 mins out. I have to honestly say that when I feel like we have received good service I can not go without noting it, it was standout professional, courtious and even engaging in asking if we were happy and promising to make sure we were 100% pleased before we left. In this hurried day and age I found that priceless. No problems reccomending them highly.
