Modern Enviro Blind Window Shutters are produced using a polyurethane foam that is both Chloroflurocarbon (CFC) & Hydrochloroflurocarbon (HCFC) free. All foams expand with the aid of a ‘blowing’ agent, however what is not commonly known is that most foams used in Australia contain a blowing agent that has an Ozone Depleteing Potential (ODP).
The new 'eco-friendly' foam actually uses water as the blowing agent, rather than the harmful ODP blowing agent, delivering you a world class environmentally safe product. The Modern Enviro Blinds are a premium double skinned aluminium security shutter, featuring slats injected with a tailor made non-ODP foam and coated with wet back polyester for added insulation.
